1. As usual, we will accept the leathe swatch to send to us.
2. After 3-5 days we get the leather swatch and check them, then ask the sender for how to make, if any requirement, such as to make deeper.
3. After 5-7 days we finished the sample mould, to emboss the leather sample.
4. We take pictures to the clients, and confirm if to send to them in hand checking.
5.1 If no need to send, then we send the invoice, to have the deposit payment. Then start the production the embossing plate. Production time 7 days.
5.2. If it nees to send, then we send to embossed leather sample to the clients, then wait for confirmation(as usual confirm to make). Then start the production. Production time 7 days.
6. After production, we take pictures, video as below for checking. Then wait for the balance. After balance, we will make the shipment. By sea or by air, it depends.
So total it will require at least around 15-20 days to finish a plate order for sample communication.
